Bleach: Kurotsuchi Mayuri
The Captain of the 12th Division and President of the Shinigami Reseach Institute, Kurotsuchi Mayuri personifies the archetype of the mad scientist, viewing everyone as objects to be dissected in the lab. He takes great pride in his creations, such as his “daughter” Nemu, and condemns the concept of perfection. Mayuri has little regard for life or allegiances, going so far as turning his own subordinates as human bombs.
Very impressive cosplay! It’s almost scary how similar he looks to the anime character. Thanks to Joaquin for suggesting this!

Saki: Haramura Nodoka
The previous year’s National Middle School Individual Champion in mahjong, Haramura Nodoka’s skill comes from practicing via online mahjong. She has the ability to view mahjong tables digitally in her mind, ignoring the other player which gives her an edge against players who can manipulate presence. Her nickname is “Nodocchi” which is also her screen name and her playing style; quickly and efficiently racking up points as fast as possible.

Lucky Star: Izumi Konata 06
Izumi Konata is the hardcore otaku protagonist of the Lucky Star series. She has a tendency to refer to several popular games, anime, and manga; including Yu-Gi-Oh! and The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi. She has many figures of Suzumiya Haruhi in her room and even cosplayed her in the Cosplay Cafe she works in.Did I mention that both characters have the same seiyuu (voice actress) too? A calm and collected girl, Black Rock Shooter keeps to herself and only spoke once in the OVA confronting her “other self” Kuroi Mato. She does not focus on anything else aside from the most important thing that she has to do at this very moment she’s doing it. Black Rock Shooter is a highly skilled fighter, despite her seeming defeat by Black Gold Saw, she easily manages to fight evenly with Dead Master even though she’s appears as if she’s trying not to hurt her.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 2: Apollo
While his initial Persona is Vulcanus, Apollo is the ultimate Persona of the game's protagonist, Suou Tatsuya. Due to an incident that led to his father’s forced resignation from the police force, Tatsuya has been estranged from his family for quite come time. Little is known about his family aside from him having an older brother named Katsuya.
